Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your design services until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

2. Refunds

Fenzo operates on a flat-fee subscription model. All payments are non-refundable once design services have been used or if a task has already been initiated.

However, if you cancel within the first 7 days of your subscription and have not submitted any design requests, you are eligible for a full refund.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
