1. Our Service

Fenzo offers on-demand graphic design services under a flat monthly subscription.We provide creative work including static ads,

social media posts, brand graphics, and more — within fair use.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring that your design requests comply with our usage policies.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Fenzo for a client become the client’s property upon delivery.Fenzo retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

4. Turnaround Time

• New Design Requests: 12–24 hours

• Revisions: 6–12 hours

Timelines may vary slightly depending on project complexity and current workload.

5. Fair Use Policy

Each subscription allows for a reasonable number of active tasks per business day. Excessive usage or abuse may result in

project limits or delayed delivery.

6. Prohibited Content

We do not accept design requests that include:

• Pornography or adult content

• Hate speech or discriminatory messaging

• Illegal or harmful content

• Politically sensitive or violent material

7. Payments & Renewals

Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless canceled. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
